my story

I grew up in the charming city of Walled Lake, Michigan and relocated to East Lansing for a wonderful four years of learning and exploration at Michigan State University. I graduated during the 2020 pandemic with a degree in Experience Architecture, a focus in human-computer interaction, a minor in musical theatre, and a deep love for the "people side" of technology. I immediately reinvested in my education by enrolling at Quinnipiac University where I completed a master's degree in Interactive Media in 2023. As someone who is trained in digital experiences, I know the importance of process-improvement and storytelling, two essential elements for enhancing our interactions with the digital world.

I love exercising my curiosity and wonder by investigating new trends of tech, and brainstorming tools that can make everyone’s life easier. Beyond creating, tinkering with and championing new and interesting technologies; I love performing, singing, playing guitar, hiking, coaching public speech activities and reading DC comic books. Outside of those hobbies, I truly love connecting with people and hearing their stories––especially when I get to share them with others. Both inside and outside the workplace, I turn a critical eye to all things in hopes of learning more about the world and the patterns that make it up.

These days you can find me in sunny Culver City, California, working with Google's Legal Investigations Support team as a Quality Operations Manager, supporting platform security and policy enforcement. I enjoy finding unique and interesting ways to impact crucial projects by bringing a user-focused expertise to spaces where such skills are not often wielded.

Every company has stories to tell—stories that will not only engage, inform, surprise, delight, and impact their audience, but that will also deliver on measurable business goals. I am the conduit between technology and the story.

My working philosophy is the belief in utilizing user experience concepts and techniques to engage both employees and end-users; especially where UX is not often wielded. I help clients find comfort in their technology, and introduce digital tools to meet objectives. Enhancing how we interact with tools, our environment and each other can be well-designed with research and informed architecture. It is not only important that we employ available tools to improve experiences, but essential to keep up with the modern technical economy for both the front-end and back-end of all processes.

My responsibility will always be to assist my team members in working smarter, not harder––whether that is as a content creator or a content supporter. My specialties include digital media, program management, project management, UX design, brand awareness, and many forms of hard and software troubleshooting.
